Job Description

As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our initiatives, engaging with the local community to build relationships and provide vital resources. Your role will involve planning events, coordinating volunteers, and implementing outreach programs to uplift and empower community members.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategic plans for community outreach activities.
• Coordinate with local partners to leverage resources and maximize impact.
• Engage residents in community events, encouraging participation and feedback.
• Evaluate program outcomes and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain a positive public image for the organization in the community.
• Assist in the development of promotional materials for outreach efforts.
• Act as a liaison between the organization and community members.
• Identify funding opportunities to support outreach initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Monitor and manage budget for outreach activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field
• Master's degree in Community Engagement or similar is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in community organizing or outreach
