Job Description

As a Training and Development Manager, you will lead our initiatives to enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous learning. You will work closely with departments to assess training needs, design tailored training programs, and measure the effectiveness of training solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, design, and implement comprehensive training programs for all levels of staff.
  • Evaluate current training programs and seek feedback for enhancements.
  • Develop metrics to effectively measure training outcomes and employee performance post-training.
  • Collaborate with IT to implement e-learning platforms and other digital training solutions.
  • Attend industry conferences to stay abreast of trends in training and development.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in developing their teams.
  • Incorporate feedback from employees into training program design.
  • Organize regular training evaluations and assessments to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Promote and market training opportunities to ensure maximum employee participation.
  • Act as a change agent by promoting professional development opportunities across the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development
  • Master's degree in Education or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing training programs

  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)

  • ATD Master Trainer
Languages
