We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Technician to join our growing team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting employees with tech-related challenges, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Responsibilities

  • Offer hands-on support for IT hardware and software.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve user issues with PCs and networked devices.
  • Maintain an effective backup and disaster recovery strategy.
  • Audit and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to enhance IT practices.
  • Provide detailed reports on IT performance and user satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT technical support or help desk role
