We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Veterinarian to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in veterinary medicine, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to promoting animal health and welfare. This role involves diagnosing and treating a variety of animal health conditions, providing preventative care, and educating pet owners on best practices for pet health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams and assess animal health.
• Diagnose and treat medical conditions in a variety of animal species.
• Perform routine and emergency surgeries when required.
• Advise pet owners on behavioral issues and wellness programs.
• Coordinate with other specialists for advanced care when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science
• Further specialization in a veterinary field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a veterinary practice or animal hospital setting
