Responsibilities

• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for staff.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in their projects.
• Engage in research to develop new chemical formulations.
• Assist in the implementation of quality control processes.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation.
• Evaluate new technologies for process improvements.
• Foster a culture of safety and innovation within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
