We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team in Cape Town. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the organization and scheduling of appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
  • Manage inventory and supplies for office operations.
  • Evaluate administrative workflows and suggest improvements.
  • Support training and onboarding of new staff as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Additional certifications in office management are an asset
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
