Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic ESL Teacher in Durban who is dedicated to helping students improve their English language skills. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to various learning styles.
• Conduct assessments to track student progress and improvement.
• Utilise technology to create interactive learning opportunities.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their language skills.
• Foster a supportive learning environment and build rapport with students.
• Coordinate with fellow teachers to enhance curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills.
• Organise events to promote language learning beyond the classroom.
• Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a productive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding academic progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in ESL teaching or related field

Languages
