Industrial Process Engineer

Job Description

As an Industrial Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and optimising manufacturing processes. You will work closely with production teams to enhance quality and efficiency in our operations, applying engineering principles to improve existing processes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend equipment and technology upgrades for enhanced productivity.
• Assist in the development of training programs for staff on new processes.
• Manage project timelines and budgets for process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure the integration of sustainability practices into process design.
• Engage with suppliers to identify new tools and technologies that could improve processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering roles.
