Job Description

Join our team as an IT Support Technician, responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance and support for our IT systems. The role involves troubleshooting issues, setting up hardware, and ensuring that all users have the assistance they need to perform their jobs efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for IT support queries.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Assist in implementing IT policies and procedures.
  • Identify urgent technical issues and escalate them promptly.
  • Conduct software updates and system maintenance regularly.
  • Educate users on safety and security practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support roles
