Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Cloud Solutions Architect to spearhead our cloud initiatives in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in cloud technologies to design and implement robust solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and provide cloud-based services that meet our clients’ unique requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud-based applications.
• Analyse and enhance cloud environments to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular assessments of cloud architectures and implement improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and support for cloud initiatives.
• Establish best practices for cloud governance and management.
• Assist clients in solving complex cloud-based challenges.
• Mentor junior team members on cloud technologies and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and DevOps practices
