Job Description

As a Non-Profit Manager in our Durban office, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing community programs. Your leadership will guide our efforts in fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising initiatives and build relationships with potential sponsors.
• Develop strategic plans and objectives for the organization.
• Coordinate workshops and training sessions for community members.
• Manage operational tasks and logistics for events.
• Act as a liaison between the organization and the community.
• Spearhead marketing and outreach efforts to raise awareness.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Engage with local government to advocate for community projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or Non-Profit Management
• Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in non-profit leadership
