Responsibilities

• Create detailed project plans and monitor progress against set targets.
• Conduct project reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Drive effective change management processes within the project framework.
• Collaboratively manage dependencies and ensure alignment across multiple projects.
• Support project audits and reviews as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 8+ years of experience leading projects.
