Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will lead research projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that methodologies are followed and compliance is maintained. Strong organizational skills and a passion for research are key for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular monitoring visits to clinical sites.
• Collaborate with investigators to ensure optimum trial progress.
• Maintain accurate trial documentation in accordance with guidelines.
• Assist in the development of study protocols and informed consent forms.
• Conduct data entry and manage databases efficiently.
• Identify issues and implement solutions promptly.
• Prepare periodic trial reports for review and feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Clinical Research
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years experience in clinical trials preferred

• Project management

Certifications

• ICH GCP Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
