We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. This role involves analyzing and improving production processes to enhance efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Lean manufacturing principles and capable of implementing strategies that optimize resources.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and oversee projects aimed at process optimization.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to enhance product reliability.
• Manage engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies.
• Assist in setting up new equipment and processes as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
