Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. This role involves analyzing and improving production processes to enhance efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Lean manufacturing principles and capable of implementing strategies that optimize resources.

Responsibilities

• Assess current manufacturing processes and recommend improvements.
• Use data analysis to identify performance gaps and solutions.
• Support planning and execution of projects to enhance productivity.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication for process improvement.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and test new engineering solutions to reduce costs.
• Participate in root-cause analysis to address process inefficiencies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
