Job Description

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support classroom activities and assist teachers in delivering high-quality education. You will play a vital role in enhancing the learning experience for students and contributing to their academic success.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential supplier partners to expand product offerings.
• Analyze sales trends to inform future purchasing decisions.
• Create and maintain purchasing budgets to align with financial goals.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions.
• Work with the distribution team to optimize stock levels.
• Contribute to the development of in-store merchandising strategies.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback on products.
• Evaluate sales data to identify opportunities for margin improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in product sourcing.
• Mentor junior buyers and provide training opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Business or Retail Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail purchasing or related field
