Production Supervisor

Job Description

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing operations in Port Elizabeth. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing production schedules, managing staff performance, and ensuring product quality. We are looking for someone who can motivate a team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production team, ensuring all staff are engaged and motivated.
• Develop and implement process improvements to maximize output.
• Analyze production data and develop strategies for efficiency.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address product flaws.
• Prepare reports on production performance and present findings to management.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Manufacturing or Production Management
• Degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
