Job Description

The Hand Polisher will be responsible for polishing and buffing various surfaces to a high standard of finish. They will work with a range of tools and materials, and must have a keen eye for detail and excellent manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Polish and buff various surfaces, including metal, plastic, and glass.
• Utilize polishing wheels and compounds for surface finishing.
• Inspect for imperfections and rectify where necessary.
• Keep tools and work area clean and organized.
• Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
• Provide input on process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Assure final product quality meets customer expectations.
• Train new staff members on polishing techniques as needed.

Requirements

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in polishing or a related field is preferred.
