Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily administrative operations of the healthcare facility.
  • Supervise and train healthcare administrative staff.
  • Establish and maintain healthcare policies that comply with regulations.
  • Assist in managing facility budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Work with other department heads to improve patient outcomes.
  • Respond effectively to regulatory audits and accreditation processes.
  • Ensure all patient care practices meet legal and ethical standards.
  • Review and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing support for staff performance evaluations.
  • Communicate changes in policies and procedures to all staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management
  • Master's degree in Health Administration preferred

  • 5+ years of healthcare administrative experience
