Responsibilities

  • Manage the front-of-house team and ensure consistent guest experiences.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Implement and monitor operational processes for quality assurance.
  • Oversee inventory management and procurement of supplies.
  • Engage in community relations and networking to enhance the hotel’s visibility.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting.
  • Encourage innovation among staff to continually improve service offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel management or similar role
