Job Description

As a Gas Flow Regulator, you will be responsible for regulating gas flow to ensure compliance with industry standards while maintaining equipment for optimal performance. Your role will be critical in supporting production requirements and contributing to operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Install, repair, and maintain gas flow regulators and associated equipment.
• Conduct tests and troubleshoot issues related to gas flow.
• Document all work and maintain accurate records.
• Provide training and support to customers and team members.
• Maintain accurate records of gas usage and regulatory requirements.
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve gas flow systems.
• Implement best practices for gas management.
• Participate in safety audits and inspections.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical qualification
• Diploma or certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Experience

• Experience working with SCADA systems and relevant software tools.

Technical Skills

• PLC programming
• HMI programming

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles: Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience working with natural gas or other hydrocarbons: Hands-on experience with relevant gas types in a manufacturing/energy context.
