Job Description

As a Logistics Coordinator in Johannesburg, you will manage and oversee the logistics and supply chain management operations. You will ensure timely delivery of goods and optimize the overall transportation process, working closely with various stakeholders to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily logistics operations and troubleshoot issues.
  • Prepare reports on logistics activities for senior management.
  • Implement cost-saving measures in logistics operations.
  • Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers and suppliers.
  • Ensure excellent communication with internal teams and external parties.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a logistics role
