Job Description

We are seeking a Curriculum Development Specialist to create engaging and effective curricula for various educational programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and a passion for enhancing learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create learning objectives and assessments that measure student outcomes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design educational materials.
• Conduct needs assessments to inform curriculum design.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented curricula.
• Stay informed about current educational research and innovations.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior curriculum developers.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to curriculum development processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in curriculum development or educational program design

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Certifications

• Instructional Designer Certificate

Languages
