Systems Analyst

Job Description

As a Systems Analyst, you will analyse business needs and develop IT solutions to optimize operations. You should have a strong background in system analysis and design, alongside excellent communication skills to translate technical information for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather and define project requirements from business stakeholders.
• Perform gap analysis to resolve discrepancies in business processes.
• Design system architectures and models to maximize efficiency.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users on new systems.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for enhancements.
• Participate in the development of training materials and user guides.
• Support change management initiatives to integrate new systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role
