Looking for a Clinical Research Associate to be part of our dynamic research team in Cape Town. This role involves overseeing clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage trial operations to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Conduct site evaluations and assessments to guarantee data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive research initiatives effectively.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding trial progress.
• Identify potential risks and implement solutions to mitigate them.
• Compile trial reports and ensure timely delivery to regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualifications are preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant clinical research experience
