Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our technical operations, tackling daily IT challenges and enhancing user experiences. You’ll work on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software, helping to drive our organizational productivity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits.
• Develop standard operating procedures for IT support tasks.
• Participate in troubleshooting hardware and software upgrades.
• Assist users in setting up and configuring their devices.

• Coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs and service requests.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in IT or equivalent
• Professional certifications in IT support are preferable

Experience

• 3+ years in IT technical support or systems administration

• Linux OS
