Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Administrator to join our healthcare team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and facilitating communication between medical staff and patients. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of healthcare administration and management practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations within the healthcare facility.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Facilitate communication among medical staff, administration, and patients.
  • Oversee patient admissions, discharges, and medical record management.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and handle employee inquiries.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
