The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and facilitating communication between medical staff and patients. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of healthcare administration and management practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with health policies.
• Assist in budgeting and financial management of the facility.
• Maintain accurate records and patient confidentiality.
• Develop and implement healthcare administration policies.
• Supervise clerical staff and manage performance evaluations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of healthcare administrative experience
