Responsibilities

• Assess patient health issues and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety protocols.
• Support patients in daily living activities as needed.
• Evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and modify care plans as necessary.
• Participate in patient admissions and discharges.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure a clean work environment.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Engage in continuous professional development.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required

Experience

• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred

• Basic Life Support (BLS)

• Certification in Critical Care Nursing: Specialized certification focusing on critical care practices.
