Pharmacist

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Pharmacist to join our Cape Town branch. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our customers, providing expert advice and support.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and approve prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Counsel patients on medication side effects and interactions.
• Conduct health screenings and provide wellness consultations.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with medical staff in patient rounds.
• Implement health promotion and disease prevention strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
• Train and mentor junior pharmacy staff.

Requirements

Education

• Master's in Pharmaceutical Sciences is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in clinical pharmacy preferred
