Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design initiatives and oversee project delivery.
• Assist with the specification writing process.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new projects.
• Evaluate engineering processes for efficiency improvements.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback and project requirements.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Support the hiring and training of new engineering staff.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience

Technical Skills

• SolidWorks
• Data Analysis Tools

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Conflict Resolution

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies: Understanding of Six Sigma tools for quality assurance.
