Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician who is passionate about technology and user support. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support to staff, and ensuring that all IT systems are operational and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
• Monitor system performance and report any concerns.
• Assist with the implementation of new technologies.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment.
• Conduct routine backups of systems and data.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT
• Relevant certifications would be advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of IT support experience
