We are seeking a Financial Analyst who is adept at financial forecasting and modeling to contribute to our firm’s financial progress. You will evaluate financial performance using key metrics, prepare detailed financial models and assist in financial audits. This role is pivotal in providing data-driven insights to propel business decisions forward.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business initiatives.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and projections.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze data trends and make recommendations for strategic growth.
• Collaborate with different departments to collect and interpret financial information.
• Evaluate financial performance and variances and provide financial updates.
• Support the financial audit process and annual reviews.
• Monitor financial regulations and report compliance issues.
• Assist in developing financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance
• Master's degree in Finance or relevant certification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in finance or financial analysis
