UX Designer

Job Description

We are actively seeking a creative UX Designer who can transform ideas into exceptional user experiences. In this role, you'll be collaborating with diverse teams to iterate on design solutions that address user needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects focusing on user-centric solutions.
• Create user personas based on research and analytics.
• Design and conduct usability tests to validate concepts.
• Document user flows and create detailed specifications for development.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and stakeholder insights.
• Present design ideas and deliverable solutions to stakeholders.
• Work closely with marketing to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated on UX best practices and emerging design tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Design, HCI)
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in UX/UI design roles

• Sketch

Certifications

• UX Design Certification from a recognized institution

Languages

• English: Fluent
