Job Description

As a Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing our IT resources, ensuring all systems operate reliably and efficiently. This includes managing servers, networks, and software applications, while also providing support and training to employees on the effective use of technology.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation of new systems and applications.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to system performance and security.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects.
  • Provide support in the development of training materials.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Resolve user issues expediently to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor and maintain network security.
  • Install and maintain appropriate software and upgrades.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in IT service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all IT policies and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related field
  • Certifications in ITIL or similar framework preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in IT systems management or support roles
