UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We're looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer to join our Cape Town team. You will be pivotal in enhancing our user experience by designing user-friendly interfaces and conducting extensive research to understand user needs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong understanding of design principles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management to determine project requirements.
• Build design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Monitor user interactions and provide insights for design refinement.
• Create documentation for design processes and guidelines.
• Lead design reviews and critique sessions.
• Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience

Certifications

• UX Design Certificate from Coursera

Languages

• English: Fluent
