Job Description

We are looking for a talented Civil Engineer to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will work on various infrastructure projects, focusing on civil design and project management. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and designing of civil engineering projects, focusing on infrastructure.
  • Evaluate project feasibility and prepare project reports.
  • Coordinate project activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review and approve engineering designs and specifications.
  • Supervise junior engineers and provide mentorship as needed.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor construction progress and resolve any project-related issues.
  • Prepare and present project updates to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering projects

Certifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Languages
