Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Social Media Manager experienced in driving social media campaigns and community engagement. In this role, you will develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy, ensuring a strong online presence that reflects our brand and resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing social media posts.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
  • Develop and manage contests and promotions to increase engagement.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inform social media strategies.
  • Work closely with PR to manage online reputation.
  • Create guidelines for social media engagement and community standards.
  • Train and mentor junior team members in social media practices.
  • Research and implement new tools and platforms to enhance our social media presence.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Master's degree in Digital Marketing is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in social media strategy and management
