Responsibilities
Handle user tickets in a timely manner and ensure resolution within SLA.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and servicing.
Conduct routine audits of IT assets and software compliance.
Provide assistance during onboarding of new employees regarding IT setups.
Support network and server maintenance tasks, as required.
Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for desktops and laptops.
Develop training materials and documentation for users.
Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
