Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Automotive Quality Engineer with a passion for maintaining the highest standards of quality in automotive manufacturing. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct inspections, implement quality control measures, and enhance production processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute quality improvement initiatives based on inspection findings.
• Work with engineering to assess product feasibility and reliability.
• Prepare reports on quality metrics and suggest areas of improvement.
• Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance.
• Facilitate training for production teams on quality best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within the automotive sector.

Technical Skills

• Lean Manufacturing
• APQP Processes

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in SAP QM: Experience using SAP Quality Management for tracking and reporting quality metrics.
• Knowledge of FMEA: Understanding of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis for risk assessment.
