As an Investment Banker, you'll play a vital role in facilitating strategic financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and corporate financing. You will analyze market trends, assess investment opportunities, and provide expert advice to clients seeking growth and expansion in the competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modelling and analysis to assess business performance and predict future outcomes.
• Develop relationships with clients to better understand their financial needs and objectives.
• Prepare pitch books and presentations for potential clients and stakeholders.
• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with the research team to stay updated on market trends and industry developments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all financial dealings.
• Participate in negotiation processes and transactions to achieve favorable terms for clients.
• Organize and lead client meetings, providing insights and recommendations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in investment banking
