Your responsibilities will include evaluating market opportunities, conducting financial due diligence, and advising on mergers and acquisitions, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough financial analysis and valuation of companies.
• Advise clients on investment opportunities and strategies.
• Manage and execute mergers and acquisitions processes.
• Prepare detailed financial models and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client needs.
• Conduct market research to identify investment trends.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on industry developments and competitor activities.
• Participate in networking events to promote business development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or MBA preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance

Certifications

• CFA Level I or higher

Languages
