Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator to manage clinical operations, coordinate healthcare services, and ensure the highest level of patient care. This role requires strong managerial skills, a passion for healthcare, and the ability to drive improvements in service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the integration of new healthcare technologies
  • Manage human resources and resolve employee-related issues
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
  • Analyze operational data to make informed decisions
  • Organize training and development for healthcare staff
  • Facilitate patient care quality audits
  • Ensure insurance compliance and patient billing accuracy

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or related field
  • Master's in Business Administration with healthcare focus is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management or administration
