DevOps Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to help advance our operational processes in Johannesburg. This role involves automating deployment, monitoring cloud environments, and participating in cross-functional team collaboration. Your contributions will be essential for the success of our software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve deployment solutions.
• Integrate monitoring tools to oversee system health.
• Work closely with security teams to enforce policies.
• Review and optimize cloud services and spending.
• Document processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Support incident management and problem resolution.
• Conduct capacity and performance analysis on cloud systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps roles
