Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to capture their design aspirations and create tailored design solutions.
• Prepare detailed drawings, concepts, and specifications for residential interiors.
• Research and source furniture, materials, and décor items that align with project requirements.
• Execute site assessments and measurements to deliver accurate design proposals.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring all milestones are achieved promptly.
• Work in conjunction with suppliers and contractors to manage the project execution.
• Stay current with local and international design trends to inform your work.
• Create detailed budget proposals and track expenses throughout the project.
• Coordinate final installation and styling of projects to exceed client expectations.
• Participate in design reviews and team meetings to further project goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Further certifications in sustainable design are a plus

Experience

• Experience in project management and client relations is considered an asset
