Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Deburrer to join our manufacturing team. The Deburrer will be responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, and other imperfections from metal, plastic, or other materials. The ideal candidate should possess experience in deburring techniques, be detail-oriented, and able to produce high-quality finished products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deburring and surface finishing operations on manufactured components.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Calibrate and maintain deburring machinery.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Document and report defects and production metrics.
• Collaborate with the production team to prioritize workload.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with training of new team members.
• Engage in problem-solving to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in deburring or a similar finishing role.

Technical Skills

• CNC operation
• Safety practices

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills

• Prior experience in a fast-paced production environment: Experience working in manufacturing settings with high productivity demands.
