As an Architect at our firm, you will lead exciting architectural projects within the beautiful city of Sandton. Responsibilities

• Generate innovative design concepts for various projects.
• Engage with clients to understand their architectural needs and preferences.
• Draft and oversee project proposals and budgets.
• Monitor project timelines and resolve any arising issues promptly.
• Liaise with local authorities on permits and approvals.
• Promote sustainable architecture in all practices.
• Create models and visual representations to assist with client presentations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Design
• Master's degree in Architecture is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural practice

Technical Skills

• BIM Software
• 3D Modelling

Soft Skills

• Time management
• Teamwork

Certifications

• SACAP Accreditation
• Green Building Council Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with local building codes: Understanding of local regulations and codes pertaining to architectural design.
