We are in search of a Senior Software Engineer with robust expertise in Java and software development practices. You will lead projects that create efficient, scalable software solutions, contributing to critical components of our system architecture. This role includes mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier software for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage in full-cycle software development from inception to deployment.
• Map out performance improvements in existing systems.
• Coordinate with design teams to develop user-friendly interfaces.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and scrum meetings.
• Assist in creating unit tests and automated testing frameworks.
• Outline and document technical requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps to streamline operations.
• Develop secure, scalable backend solutions for software applications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on Java technologies
