• Create and implement content guidelines and procedures.
• Manage community engagement and respond to audience queries.
• Train and mentor junior content creators within the team.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for innovative content ideas.
• Assist in shaping the overall content strategy to enhance the customer journey.
• Collaborate with external partners for content creation and distribution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, or relevant field
• Postgraduate qualification in Marketing is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in developing content strategies
