CNC Automation Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a CNC Automation Lead who will oversee the automation processes in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CNC programming and automation technologies, with a passion for improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for CNC process improvements.
• Oversee daily operations of CNC automation systems.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new CNC technologies.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of necessary parts.
• Assist in budget preparation for CNC automation initiatives.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in automation processes.
• Create detailed reports on automation performance and progress.
• Review and update existing CNC systems for efficiency.
• Collaborate with the R&D team for prototype development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in CNC programming and automation
