Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing project life cycles from initiation to closure. Your strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities will be vital in navigating challenges and ensuring project alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate, plan, execute, and close projects in accordance with project management methodologies.
  • Oversee project budgets and ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Engage with team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Regularly review and assess project progress and make adjustments where necessary.
  • Interface with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback.
  • Promote a results-driven approach while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Develop strategies for project enhancement and efficiency.
  • Mentor junior project team members and provide leadership support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent
  • Master's degree in Project Management is desirable

  • 8+ years of progressive project management experience
