Responsibilities

• Review and certify construction contracts and other project documents.
• Identify potential design issues and recommend solutions.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control.
• Assist in managing project schedules and deliverables.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and financial reports.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and clients.
• Support business development efforts through proposal writing and presentations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Postgraduate qualifications are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural design and analysis

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• Finite Element Analysis

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Registered Engineer with ECSA

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Fluent
